During my time living in New Hampshire, my family could not afford the luxuries of owning expensive devices and electronics. This is why the day my Father brought home and iPhone was particularly exciting. Technically, the iPhone did not belong to him. The phone was given to him by the company he worked for as a way of making working and communicating from home easier for the employees. having only seen iPhones in pictures in magazines and on the internet, I was mesmerized by the device I was holding in my hand. I had never seen anything like it before, and I could not put it down. Nowadays things are a lot different. You see apple products literally everywhere, and due to a combination of cheaper phones and an increase in income my parents make, I am now fortunate and lucky enough to afford my own iPhone. The “Magic” so to speak of holding these kinds of devices isn’t quite what it used to be, but I will never forgot the very first time I held one of these products in my own hands.
